P. Hanrahan of Moyvane, chief mourners were his wife Margaret, Rev Tim Hanrahan, St Joseph’s Church, locust Gap, Penn, Michael and B Hanrahan sons; Hannie, Kitty and Nellie, Mrs M Walsh, and Mrs M Culhane daughters. MARCH 14th 1962 Eileen Costelloe nee Drury died, born London 27th June 1870 her mothers name was Kelly and her father was Limerick born. Eileen collected folksongs and used her Irish name Bean ui Choisdeailbh.

DEATH took place on March 13th 2010 of Tess Stack nee McMahon of Main Street, Glin, she was predeceased by her husband Paddy Stack and daughter Margaret and is survived by son John, daughters Mary (O’Rourke), Josephine (Mulvihill), Teresa (Egan), following Requiem Mass in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Glin on Tuesday March 16th Tess Stack was laid to rest beside her husband at Ahavoher Graveyard, Knockanure.

DEATH occurred of Mary Ann Collins nee Kennelly on March 14th 2010. Mary Ann was born in Knockanure over 96 years ago to Paddy Kennelly and Margaret McElligott. Mary Ann Collins and her late husband Dan Fintan Collins reared 11 children at Knocknasna, Abbeyfeale. She is survived by sons Pat, Brendan, Donie, Mossie, Billy and Pius, daughters Mair=E9ad Kelly, Marie Thompson, Joan Ryan, Kate McCoy and Julia Quirke. Following Requiem Mass on St Patrick’s Day in Abbeyfeale Church, Mary Ann Collins was laid to rest at Reilig =CDde Naofa Abbeyfeale. Mary Ann was the last of her family to die, she was predeceased by brothers Dan, Moss, Jerry, Paddy, Bill, Tom and Ned.

DEATH took place on March 13th 2010 of John Scannell of Dromin and Ballygologue Park, Listowel. John is survived by his siblings Pat, Michael and Jeremiah, Evelyn and Mary, brother-in-law Frank, sister-in-law Joan, nephews, nieces, Requiem Mass for John Scannell was celebrated in Listowel Church on Tuesday March 16th 2010,following Mass he was laid to rest among generations of his ancestors, Scannells and Kennellys in St Michael’s Churchyard, Listowel.

DEATH took place in Dublin on March 9th 2010 of Sr. Marina Daly C.P. late of Duagh, she was predeceased by her parents Tom Daly and Molly Foley and brother Mort and is survived by her siblings, Michael, Philomena and Bernadette, Following Requiem Mass at St. Vincent De Paul Church, Marino on March 16th , Sr. Marina was laid to rest at Glasnevin Cemetery.
