DEATH has taken place of Peg Stack nee Danaher of Charleville, she was born 83 years ago to Matt Danaher of Woodcliff, Ballyhahill and Nora Daly of Duagh. Peg Stack was predeceased by her husband Tom who died on November 14th 2008, she is survived by her daughter Norah (Butler), sons Mort, Tom and Garry, her brother Fr Mort Danaher, sisters Joe Heffernan in Limerick and Anna Smithwicks in Canada. Siblings Fr Leo, Patsy, Mary, Rena and Matt predeceased Peg. Following Requiem Mass at Charleville Church Celebrated by Fr Mort Danaher and cousin Fr Mort Stanley and local priests, Peg Danaher was laid to rest beside her husband Tom in the local cemetery.
