DEATH too place on January 16th 2010 of Connie Shine of Kilbaha, Moyvane, he was born in 1925 to John Shine and Margaret Grady. Connie was predeceased by his wife Margaret Nolan in 2002, he is survived by sons Sean, Frank and Niall, daughter Br=EDd, brothers Jack and Mick, sister Eileen Healy. Requiem Mass for Con was celebrated by Fr Lucid PP assisted by Canon Linnane and Fr. McMahon in the Church of the Assumption, Moyvane on Tuesday January 19th .Hymns were beautifully sung by Claire Keane and Stephen Donegan played the organ. Connie Shine was laid to rest following Mass at Ahavoher cemetery beside his wife Margaret and brother Pat who died in 1980, his brother Dan Shine rest only a few yards away. Con has a long record of service to the community, The Creamery and was 35 years delegate to The North Kerry Board of the GAA.

DEATH has taken place in New Jersey of Sr. Mary O Mahony MSC. Sr. Mary was born at Lisselton to Maurice Mahony and Ellen Houlihan in 1916, she went to France to enter the convent in 1932 and later went to serve in America, she was predeceased by all of her siblings, Martin, John, Maurice and Bridie.
DEATH took place of Fiona Ardiff O’Connor, The Square, Listowel, she is survived her husband Jerry daughters Aine and Ciara, mother Laurie, sisters Mairead, Cateriona Joyce.
Following Requiem Mass in Listowel on Sunday January 24th `10, Fiona O’Connor was laid to rest in John Paul II Cemetery Listowel.
DEATH has taken place of Peggy Fitzgerald of Pilgrim Hill Kilmorna, she was predeceased by her husband Tom and is survived by daughters Helen and Marion and son Pat. Following Requiem Mass at Duagh Church on Monday January 25th 2010 Peggy Fitzgerald was laid to rest with her husband at Relig Ide Naofa Abbeyfeale. Peggy was daughter of Sonny O Connor of Lisaniska and Ellie Riordan of Aughrim, she was predeceased by siblings Br John, Davie and Mary.
