GAA – Junior Fixtures:
Moyvane will play their Intermediate North Kerry Championship final against Asdee on Saturday November 15th at 3pm in Ballybunion.

GAA Lotto:

Senior Badminton:
The competition season has commenced. Last Wednesday,  the Div. 4 ladies team defeated Listowel. The team was Francine Collins, Deirdre McElligott, Margaret O’Donnell and Carolanne Warrilow.
On Thursday the Div. 3 Ladies travelled to Kenmare and defeated their team 4-2. The team was Julie Fitzmaurice, Carmel Hudson, Jeanelle Griffin and Nora Conyard.
Kerry competitions got under way on Sunday with the November Handicap Tournament. Congratulations to Ciara Healy who won the Div.5 section and Jeanelle Griffin finalist at Div.3. A great start to the season.

Juvenile Badminton:
The Juveniles had a bright start to their season. They brought a haul of 22 medals  from the Juvenile November Team Tournament held in Tralee on Sat. U12 boys Brendan Stack, James Flaherty. U14 Martin Stack, Liam Corridan, U16 Kieran Flavin, Aidan Kennelly, Con Mulvihill and Timothy Noonan. Girls U12 Kellie Sheehan, U14 Niamh Stack, Tricia Mulvihill, Shiela Moore,  Rose O’Faolain, Patricia Goulding, Leanne Ahern, Ashley Sheehy and Pauline Woods. U16 Elaine Hudson, Ciara Gormley, Marguerite Flaherty,Laura Quinn and Eileen McCarthy. Well done to all.
Moyvane ICA:
Want to do your Christmas shopping in Cork? Join the ICA on Wednesday, December 3rd and do some stress-free shopping. Bus leaves Moyvane at 7am.
Family Fun Day is on Sunday, November 30th in the Marian Hall from 2-4pm.
Moyvane/Knockanure Graveyard Committee:
The graveyard committeee would like to thank, sincerely, all those who so generously contributed to the collections at the Masses held in Ahavoher, Murhur & Old Knockanure. The amount collected was €5,000. 

The Community Centre committee would like to thank all who helped to organise the Halloween Party. Special thanks to the Secondary school boys and girls who made the night special for all the younger children.

Drama Classes:

Drama classes for National school children will commence at the Knockanure Community Centre starting on Friday, November 14 from 6.30 to 7pm. At €15 for five weeks it is very resonable and a great opportunity for young people to show their talent and gain confidence. Knockanure GAA are holding a Race Night in Flynn’s Bar on Friday, November 21 starting at 8.30pm.
