MOYVANE GAA NOTES
CLUB DRAW The Moyvane G.A.A. club draw is now in full swing and tickets sales are going very well. We ask all tickets sellers to try and get their areas finished and bring back receipts and money. We need to get a big push on and reach our target in order to complete the development on the field.
SENIORS Moyvane were defeated by Emmets in the North Kerry league on Sat. last. Despite the heavy rain that fell all through we were served up a very entertaining game. A goal by Brian Cunningham early in the game kept us in touch but the stronger Emmets pulled away in the second half and ran out good winners by 1 – 12 to 1 – 4. Next weekend we are playing Na Gaeil in Tralee. Check local poster for definite fixture.
MINORS Moyvane start their County league on Fri March 24th with a home game against Scartaglin. More details later on.
