GAA – Senior Results:
Moyvane lost out away to Scartaglin on Saturday 10th May in Round 5 of the County League. Moyvane had a great start and had the lead at half time by 2-3 to 0-3. However Scartaglin upped the pace in the second half and ran out eventual winners on a final score of Scartaglin 0-13, Moyvane 2-4. Junior Fixtures:
Moyvane are away to St. Senans in Round 2 of the County League on Friday 16th May at 7:30pm.
Membership:
Club membership is still available at €40 for players and €20 for non-players. Membership can be paid to committee members.
Coiste na nOg:
U8/U10: Training for U8 and U10 in the sports field every Tuesday between 6:30pm and 7:30pm.
U12: Moyvane were away to Tarbert in the County League on Saturday last and ended the game with a draw. Moyvane are at home to home to Brosna in the County League on Sunday 18th May.
Corpus Christi:
Corpus Christi Church Knockanure on Sunday 18th of May from 3.30pm to 4.30pm. Special Hour of Devotions to Our Lady, consisting of Prayers for Peace, Healing, and Success to all of our Exam Students. Fr Pat Moore will speak on Healing. Knockanure Church Choir will perform the singing of the Hymns. There will also be the 'Queen of the May Procession' and everybody is welcome to take part and bring along flowers on the day to place at the Statue of Our Lady.
