GRAVEYARD COMMITTEE MEETING
AGM of the Moyvane/Knockanure Graveyards Committee will take place on Monday, November 20th at 8pm in the Marian Hall. All members are asked to attend, and new members are welcome.

MOYVANE CHURCH RE-OPENS 
The wait is finally over. Next Saturday, November 18th, there will have an official re-opening of THE CHURCH OF THE ASSUMPTION. Fr. Simon Twomey of Killarney will cut the ribbon, celebrate a blessing.  Be there to share in the new era of your church. On Sunday, November 19th Bishop Ray will be the main celebrant at the 11am Mass. It promises to be a special weekend. All welcome.
PREPARING FOR THE THREE TENORS
All who are prepared to help with the second Church Concert starring THE THREE TENORS are invited to attend a meeting in Murhur National School this coming Wednesday, November 15th at 8.30pm. The more volunteers the easier it will be in insuring that the Concert runs smoothly. There was tremendous reaction and such positive comments on how excellent the stewarding was for the last Concert. Your support is greatly appreciated and every ounce of help is valued. Thank you.
SENIOR CITIZENS CHRISTMAS PARTY
Will take place on Sunday, November 19th in the Marian Hall. Mass at 12.30pm followed by dinner, music, dancing & afternoon tea. Cost €15. Book with Eileen 087 9313912, Ita 49569 or Maureen 49365. Spot prizes wold be greatly appreciated from the local business people.

SCOR NA BPAISTI:  Congratulations to Diarmuid O’ Connor who was named North Kerry Champion in the Recitation Category of Scor na bPaisti in Asdee on Saturday last.  Diarmuid now progresses to the County Final in Killarney on Saturday  November 18th.  The very best of luck in the Final Diarmuid.  Up The Boro!
MOYVANE B: Hard luck to the Moyvane B team who lost out to Ballydonoghue B in the Kieran Corridan Cup final on Saturday last, with a score line of 2-7 to 2-12.
