Moyvane GAA:
Seniors:
In round 4 of the County League, Division 5a, Moyvane came away with a draw when they travelled to Knocknagoshel on Saturday last. The final score was Moyvane 0-14, Knocknagoshel 0-14. Scorers: Timmy Noonan 0-7, Paddy Curtin 0-6, Aidan Keane 0-1.
Juniors: Moyvane B will play Duagh B in the North Kerry Intermediate Championship Quarter Final on Wednesday, August 17th at 7pm. On Friday, August 19th Moyvane will travel to Kenmare for the Quarter Final of the Barrett Cup. Game begins at 7pm.

U14: Congratulations to Moyvane U-14’s who beat Duagh in Moyvane last Friday evening. Well done to all who took part. U-13’s play Duagh this Thursday evening at 7pm. Best of luck to all players.

Community Games: Last weekend Kerriann Finucane took part in the final of the cycling competition at the National Finals in Athlone. Sympathy is extended to Kathy Finucane and family Lisaniskea on the death of her father, Micheal Mulhern in Donegal last week and to Carmel Hudson on the death of her uncle John Paul Diggin, Ballyduff. 

Kerry Dancers:
The newly-formed Set Dancing Club will hold a Céilí on Saturday, August 20th at the Earl of Desmond Hotel at 9:30pm. Music by Tim Joe and Anne.

North Kerry Eagles:
North Kerry Eagles Special Olympics Club was set up in 2005 to cater locally for children and adults with intellectual disability. They train for one hour weekly from September to May and have lots of fun.
