Moyvane under 16 had a tremendous win in the final of the North Kerry Championship against old rivals. Moyvane were slow to settle and it was Duagh that took their scores early in the game. As half time approached Moyvane came back into the game with well taken points by Treavour Keane, Kevin Stack and Gary Keane. William Madden and Brian Stack were doing well at mid-field and Sean Lynch was doing well at centre-back. However, Duagh were proving hard to breakdown. With about fifteen minutes to go Moyvane’s fitness and match practice came to the fore and they got well on top and added points from Brian Stack and Liam Kennelly as well as a brilliant goal from William Madden to clinch victory.
