Moyvane ICA:
Any outstanding money due for this year's Charity Walk should be given to Noreen Roche (068 49263) asap.

The next meeting of the knitting club takes place on Tuesday 25th September at 8pm.

The marrage took place of Breda O' Flaherty, Moher, Moyvane and Brendan Finucane, Tarbert in St. Brendans Church, Tralee. The reception was held after at Ballyroe Heights Hotel, Tralee. The couple will resign in Ballylongford.

Tidy Towns:
Moyvane secured 241 points in the recent competition – slightly up on last year

10mm of rain fell in the Moyvane area last week.

Ballylongford/Tarbert CCE:
Registration night, 28th September at Ballylongford Parish Hall from 7pm to 8pm. Music classes will commence on the 5th October.

Foster Carers:
Foster Carers are required for local children of all ages in the Kerry area on a short term, long term and weekend basis. Public information sessions will be held at the following venues from 7.30pm to 9pm: Monday 24th September – KDYS Denny Street, Tralee; Tuesday 25th September – Listowel Arms Hotel, Listowel.

Senior Badminton:
Badminton will take place on Monday and Wednesday nights at 8pm from Monday September 24th.

Teach Siamsa:
Auditions will take place for new pupils at Teach Siamsa, Fingue on Saturday 29th October from 10am. Free three-year training is offered to successful candidates with the hope of becoming a member of the Siamsa Tire Company. Telephone 066 7123055 for appointment and details.

Clothes Collection:
Collection Fr. Nicholas Maanzo- Diocese of Kitui, Kenya: Collection of all types of clean, dry, ladies, gents and children's clothing, also bed linen, curtains, towels and shoes. Collection on Saturday 29th September before 12 noon at Moyvane and Knockanure Church car parks.
