Donation boxes can be found throughout the village. It is a privilege to compete in an All Ireland final in any sport. We should be proud of our youth.

Congratulations to the u12 girls on being outright winners of the North Kerry Division 3 League. This is a very determined bunch of girls and its great to have new players from our neighbours, Tarbert and of course it would not happen without the manager Eddie Bowler and all the parents. Thanks again. Team is Aine Enright, Ciara Hudson, Tara  O’Connor, Kate Stack, Ciara Haugh, Marie Kennelly, Grainne S. Mulvihill, Sasha Brent, Siun Walsh, Eimear Shine,  Sasha Godley, Aoife Bowler, Lauren M. O’Sullivan, Clare Galvin, Aodha Mulvihill, Gillian Musgrave, Niamh O’Carroll, Shauna Mulvihill, Lauren Normile and Makayla Mulvihill. The u16s travelled to Abbeydorney on Thursday last, and again this was another very exiting match with Moyvane winning by 2 points. This is very heartning for these players as they suffered many defeats last year so great credit is due to their spirit and to their manager Maura Walsh.

The IVY group is a new Tralee-based group. This is the story of a 47yrs old man who wishes to add a little spice to his ‘nice’ existence. Althought he is married, he wants life to stop ignoring him. He therefore invites ladies (three in all and on separate occasions) to his mothers apartment with the view to having just one day of pleasure but all does not necessarily go according to plan. Barney Cashman (Tadhg O’Shea) invites Elaine (Ann Fitzgerald) Jennette and Bobbi Michelle (Aisling Sharkey) to what proves to be a comic interlude.

Grow It Yourself (GIY):
