  GAA NOTES
SENIORS         Moyvane were defeated by Brosna in the County league last weekend.   This was a good encounter with both sides getting some lovely scores.  The crucial scores were two goals scored early in the first half and try as we might Moyvane just could not get back on terms.  We came close near the end but Brosna just held on in a tense finish.  Final score Brosna 2 – 10  Moyvane 0 – 14.
LOTTO     The G.A.A. Lotto is now running a few weeks and going very well and again we thank everybody for their help and support.   The option of paying for a year in advance is open to everybody at 100 Euro.  Contact any committee member.

DEVELOPMENT   The club wish to thank everybody for their co-operation while work is going on the stand and surrounds.   Please be careful and obey the warning signs.  Hopefully it will be completed in the next few weeks.

JUNIORS     Moyvane defeated Emmets in the North Kerry Intermediate championship last week.  This was a great win for them and they look forward to a quarter-final.   Emmets are usually strong in this competition so that made the result all the most notable.  Final score Moyvane 1 – 9 Emmets 0 – 9.

Under 8 and 10    Moyvane Under 8 and 10 have now completed their year and a very enjoyable one they had.   Great credit to all the parents and trainers and to anybody who helped in any way to keep the games running smoothly.   The Under 8 were beaten finalist in the Duagh tournament held recently and the Under 10 were defeated in the semi-final.    Again thanks to everybody  for your great co-operation
