Old Story:
This man one time said he would go to the Pensions officer to see if he would qualify for the Old age pension. So before he went, he searched the house for his Birth Certificate but could not find it so when he went into the Office, he told the Pensions Officer that he could not find his Birth Certificate, so the pensions officer said that's fine. The Pensions Officer said open down the neck of your shirt until I see your chest. The Pensions Officer then said 'Oh You are pension age alright'. Afterwards he went home and told his wife that I have qualified for the Old Age Pension so the wife says to him how did you qualify for the pension without a Birth Cert. so he said I met a very nice man and He said open the buttons of your shirt and the wife then says to him Tis a great pity that he did not ask you to open below and you would have qualified for Disability.
