Moyvane Division 4’s Mixed Doubles defeated County at home on Thursday night. The team was  Louise Behan, Eleanor Sheehan, Krystle Crowley, Jamie Elliott, Timmy Hanrahan, Padraig Kearney and Timmy Noonan.

Training for Boro Brigade walking members will continue in the sportsfield every Tuesday at 8pm and for running members on Wednesday at 8pm with split sessions 8am to 9.30am on Saturday.

Congratulations to all players, past and present, from Moyvane and Tarbert who play with the club and were part of the Tarbert Comprehensive School team who beat Carrigaline in the Post Primary Senior D Cup Munster Final on Tuesday, January 13th. This game was played in Charleville and Tarbert came out winners by 4 points to the delight of the great support from the school. Special thanks to the team management Miss Carrig and Laura Lavery. Moyvane Ladies Football Club would like to thank everyone who contributed so generously to their Church Gate Collection last weekend.  Total collected: €585.50.  Thank You.

Animation Drama Group starts Tuesday, January 21st at 4pm, in the Knockanure Community Centre.  It is open to children 6 to 12 years of age.  It will run for 14 weeks followed by a stage performance.  Places are limited, contact Ann McGrath on 087 9673269.
