- John Collins, Glin Road, Moyvane whose funeral took place on Wednesday, September 16th is survived by his sisters Kathleen, Mary & Maudie, brothers Paddy, Michael & Jimmy his nieces, nephews and many other relatives. John, who was a great GAA supporter wasn’t around to see his beloved Kerry lift Sam last Sunday but I’m sure he was watching the game from a better place and cheering Kerry on as he always did. John was always first to help with the cleanup for the Tidy Towns and he will be missed by the organisers. He will also be missed by the local GAA club for his support and by those who met him in the shops every morning. May he rest in peace.
