MURHUR NS: Congratulations to Kay Mulvihill, Leitrim West who won €275 in the recent Split the Bucket draw. Thank you from Murhur NS. Hope you have a very Happy Christmas.
A YEAR LIKE NO OTHER it certainly has been. This time last year we had never heard of social distancing and who wore masks? Why would you need a mask? But now we are in a different place, we go shopping, not like we did before, and we look at everyone around us in a very different way. Who would have believed it? All we can do is make what we can of this Christmas and look forward to a better future. The vaccine will, hopefully, be a game changer but in the meantime stay safe and enjoy this special time of the year. To all those of you who have that empty seat at the table this Christmas I offer you my most sincere sympathy, especially in the year that’s in it. And to those of you who are not in as good a place as you were last year you are not forgotten
