Senior Badminton:
During the week the Division 4 men defeated County 5-1 at home, team was Christopher McCarthy, Padraig Kearney, Diarmuid Fitzmaurice and Timmy Noonan. The Division 3 ladies travelled to Killarney and had a 5-1 win over Killarney. The team was Carmel Hudson, Jeanelle Griffin, Margaret O’Donnell and Marion Hanrahan.

Moyvane ICA:
Moyvane ICA would like to invite all children to come and visit Santa at their Annual Family Fun Day which takes place on next Sunday, November 28th in the Marian Hall, Moyvane from 2pm – 4pm. For just €3 you can meet Santa and get a parcel. Have a photograph taken with Santa for an extra €3 (this is optional).
A great afternoon of fun for all. There will be a Jumble Sale, Book Sale, Bake Sale etc. Lots of games and treats. Enter our draw and you could win a huge Christmas Hamper sponsored by Newtownsandes Co-op.

Line Dancing:
Line Dancing continues every Tuesday night at the Marian Hall at 8.30pm.

Moyvane GAA:
It wasn’t to be for Moyvane seniors in the North Kerry Championship Quarter Final v Duagh on Sunday last. A goal down at halftime 1-3 to 1-6, Moyvane found it hard to cope with Duagh’s domination of the play in the second half, losing out on a final score of Moyvane 1-5, Duagh 1-13. Minors: Moyvane will play Asdee/Bally in the Minor North Kerry Championship in Coolard on Saturday, November 27 at 2:30pm.
Scór: Best of Luck to Liam Corridan who will represent Moyvane and the North Kerry Football Board in the solo singing category of the Scór na nÓg County Final that will be held in the Gleneagle, Killarney on Sunday, December 5 at 6:30pm. 
Ladies GAA: Congratulations to Moyvane/Clounmacon ladies team who overcame Beale on Saturday last to be crowned North Kerry League Champions 2010.
Club Lotto: There was no winner of this weeks Jackpot of €6,200.  Numbers drawn were 4   13   22   25.  Lucky Dips of €40 each: James Sheehan, Moyvane, Olive Keane, Murhur, Richard Carey c/o Pat Scanlon, Kerry and Johnny c/o Gerry, Martha Guiney, Portlaoise. Knockfierna Heritage Society present a night at the rambling house at The Old Stand, Shanagolden, November 29th at 8pm. A great night of music, song and story, all are welcome.

Car Boot Sale and Christmas Market:
The monthly fund raising car boot sale and indoor market in aid of Wl102fm takes place at the Community Centre, Newcastlewest on Sunday next, November 28th. Santa and his elves will arrive around 11am and distribute some goodies to the children. Admission is €2 per adult with children accompanied by an adult free.
