COUNTY LEAGUE RESULT: Moyvane had the perfect start to their Division 5 Senior County League campaign with a 4-8 to 0-14 win away to Knocknagoshel on Sunday last in Rd 1 of the competition. Moyvane Scorers: Con Mulvihill 2-0, Aidan Keane 1-3, Cathal O’ Connor 1-0, Ian McCarthy 0-2, Timmy Noonan 0-1, Eamon O’ Flaherty 0-1 and Shane Stack 0-1.
SENIOR COUNTY LEAGUE FIXTURE: Moyvane are at home to Renard in Rd 2 of the Senior County League on Saturday, 28th at 5pm.

JUNIOR NORTH KERRY LEAGUE: Moyvane B are at home to Tarbert B in Rd 3 of the Division 3 North Kerry League on Tuesday, March 31st at 6.30pm.
SCOR NA BPAISTI: Moyvane GAA were represented in 3 categories in the Scor na bPaisti County Final on Sunday last in the Gleneagle, Killarney. The children, who are all pupils of Murhur National School, Moyvane, have put in many hours of practice over the past weeks and their hard work paid off in reaching the County Final and being named North Kerry Football Board Champions along the way. Although they didn’t get the adjudicator’s nod on Sunday our Solo Singer: Aine Sheehy, Ballad Group: Ava Fitzgerald, Conor Kissane, Rebekah Sheehy, Jack O’ Donoghue and Aine Sheehy along with Set Dancers: Orla Shine, Aine Shine, Aine Sheehy, Cara Stack, Caoimhe Kearney, Rebekah Sheehy, Ava Fitzgerald and Mary Kearney can all be very proud of their achievements. Moyvane GAA would like to thank everyone who helped in any way to assist the competitors on their path to the final, along with Club Scor Officer, Tara Mulvihill.
CHARITY POKER
The Annual Poker Classic 5 card draw in aid of Brú Columbanus will be held at the Anchor Bar Tarbert this Friday evening, March 27th at 9pm. Entry €30 with €10 buy back. Refreshments served. Your support would be greatly appreciated. Proceeds go to Brú Columbanus, an independent charity that provides home from home accommodation for relatives of seriously ill patients in any Cork hospital. Many Kerry families have availed of the facility to be near their loved ones during their illness.
