Congratulations to the Moyvane U-13’s who won out the North Kerry League by defeating Duagh last Thurday night. Well done to all the players, you did Moyvane proud. North Kerry Eagles:
On Saturday next, August 27th, 2011 there will be a Motor Cycle Charity Poker Run in aid of the North Kerry Eagles Special Olympics Club. Sign-in venue is Speedy’s Bar Moyvane between 11am -12 noon. The North Kerry Eagles athletes and volunteers will be there to welcome Motor Cyclists from all across North Kerry and further afield who wish to come and sign in for the Poker Run, so saddle up and cruise along to Moyvane, Co. Kerry. For motor cyclists not too familiar with North Kerry, Moyvane is not too far from Athea villlage famous for it motor cycle gatherings – just a few miles down the road – not far at all on a Motor Cycle. Please come along and support the special needs athletes who will benefit from this Motor cycle Charity Poker Run. Refreshments will be served in Brosnan’s Bar, Moyvane that night with trophys for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners of the Poker Run. There will also be raffle and Spot Prizes on the night.
Collections:
Kerry Parents and Friends wish to thank all collectors and those who contributed at the recent Church gate collection in Moyvane /Knockanure. €709.01 was raised for this worthy cause. Kerry Emigrants Society collected €503 last week and would like to say Thank You.
