ANYONE interested in competing in the County Fleadh is asked to have their entries with the secretary or assistant secretary before May 3. Entries can be forwarded to Mary Buckley 49259 or Breda Enright 49282. Any names received after May 3 will not be put forward to County Fleadh.
At the recent AGM of the Development Association, the following officers were elected. Chairperson: Denis O’Connor; vice Chairman: Joseph Mulvihill; secretary: Aine Cronin. Assistant secretary: Bobby Stack and Ursula Enright. treasurers: Mike O’Sullivan and Tom Roche.

Moyvane seniors were beaten by Duagh in the County league last Saturday. In a low scoring game Duagh won by a point 1-5 to 1-4. Our goal coming from a penalty converted by Eddie Bowler. The forwards will need to make better use of chances to pick up points in this league.
Moyvane Minors play Ballylongford/Asdee on this Friday in Ballylongford at 7.15pm. Bus will leave the corner at 6.45 sharp.
The Juniors lost to old rivals Clounmacon in the North Kerry League last Sunday. Scores were very close all through but the Clounmacon lads held on to win in the end. Moyvane play Desmond’s in Castleisland this Thursday at 7.15pm.
Moyvane U/14’s play Glenflesk this Thursday in Glenflesk in a back game in the County league. Bus leaves the corner at 6pm sharp. On Monday night they play Beale in Ballybunion at 7.30. Bus leaves the corner at 6.45pm.
U/12’s start their County league programme next Sunday in Keel at 7pm. Bus leaves the corner at 5.30pm sharp.
