Minors: Moyvane minors had an away win over St. Senans in Round 1 of the North Kerry League, Division 1 on Thursday last on a final score of Moyvane 0-11, St. Senans 1-6. Moyvane’s next North Kerry League game is at home to Castleisland Desmonds on Thursday, June 28th at 7:20pm.
Seniors: Moyvane are away to Lispole in Round 6 of the County League on Sunday, July 1st at 2:30pm (please check fixture posters for confirmation of throw in).
Juniors: Moyvane are away to Beale in the Group 5 Junior County League Semi Final on Friday, June 29th. Time to be confirmed.

Cúl Camps: The Kerry Kellogs GAA Cúl Camps 2012 will run from July 2nd to August 17th. Moyvane will host a camp from July 23rd to 27th and the camp will run from 10.00am to 2:30pm each day, Monday to Friday. All camps are open to Primary School Children aged 6 to 13. Knockfierna Rambling House:
Knockfierna Rambling House is the place to be this weekend. Saturday at 7.30pm, Pat O’Donovan will give a talk on the life and writings of the late Mannix Joyce, and Maincin Seoigh one of Limerick’s finest historians. On Sunday at 7.30pm. Knockfierna Heritage society will show video recordings of the numerous talks on local topics given by Mannix Joyce during his visit to the rambling house during the 1980’s and 1990’s followed by traditional rambling house entertainment. Camp Bosco 2012:
Running for over 20 years at Salesian College, Pallaskenry, Camp Bosco 2012 will take place from Monday, July 3rd to Friday, July 20th, 2012 from 1.30pm – 5.30pm. The camp caters for 5-15 Year olds and will with the help of Salesian College secondary school students. The camp will cost €60 per week per child. Buses are available from Dooradoyle to Glin at a charge of €25/week per person with two new stops this year in Loughill and Glin. Camp Bosco caters for a variety of activities including: Swimming, Water Games, Olympic size trampoline, Canoeing, Arts and Crafts Workshop, Hip Hop Dance, Team challenges, Orienteering, Airtrack, Special games for younger age groups, and lots more ……….For further details and application forms please contact Therese Harley, Regina Healy or Íde Trant at 061-393105. Congratulations to Keri Ann Finucane on winning a silver medal in the Javelin u16 at the County Finals on Sunday in Castleisland. Well done to all the boys and girls who took part in the Athletics Finals. Well done to Rian Quinn who reached the Semi Finals of the Boys u8 60 metres. Congratulations to Rachel O’Connor on winning a medal in her race. Thanks to all the parents and coaches for their time and commitment throughout the year.

The death took place recently, in London, of Mary Dunne nee Culhane of Leitrim East. She is survived by her husband, John one daughter and two sons. Mary was daughter of Michael & Eileen Culhane (nee Scanlon of Kilcolgan, Tarbert). She is also survived by her brother Michael, sisters, Nell, (USA) Kitty (UK) & Anna (Australia).
The death also took place recently of Mary Horgan nee Stack, Gortdromasillihy. She is survived by four sons and sisters Peggy Meade, Aughrim, Hanora Sullivan and brother Gerald Stack, Dooncaha.
Joan Keane of Kilmeaney, Kilmorna died recently, at the age of 92.
