Are currently taking bookings for their Computer Summer Camps for Children aged 5 to15. The courses will be run in our centres in Listowel and Tarbert. It was a busy week for the club:
On Monday, the Division 3 league final was played in the Library in Castleisland between Moyvane and Listowel. This was a repeat of last year's final and the result was also the same with Moyvane winning Mens Singles, Ladies Doubles and first and second Mixed. The successful team were Marguerite Lynch, Jeanelle Griffin, Carmel Hudson, Donie Enright, Alan Kearney and Kevin Stack.
On Wednesday, the Division 2 Knockout Cup team defeated Killarney 4-3. The team was Eileen Nolan, Catriona Ambrose, Marguerite Lynch, Carmel Hudson, Ml. J. O'Connor, Donie Enright, and Kevin Stack.
On Friday night at the prize-giving dinner, the following club members collected Championship and League trophies won during the season: Division 5 Ladies Doubles finalists Eleanor Sheehan and Michelle Corridan; Mens doubles winners Sean Pender and Maurice Cuddigan; Division 3 Ladies Doubles finalists Carmel Hudson and Jeanelle Griffin; Division 3 Mixed Doubles winner Carmel Hudson; Division 3 Singles winner Marguerite lynch; Division 3 Mens Doubles winnders Kevin Stack and Donie Enright; Division 3 team of Marguerite Lynch, Carmel Hudson, Jeanelle Griffin, Nora Conyard, Julie Fitzmaurice,Donie Enright, Kevin Stack, Alan Kearney & Ollie Conyard; Division 5 team of Krystle Crowley, Francine Crowley, Eleanor Sheehan, Eileen Roche, Michelle Corridan, Edel Normoyle, Ned Stack, Sean Pender, Maurice Cuddigan and Padraig Hanrahan.
The Division 3 and Division 5 teams competed in the Munster Inter Club League Finals on Sunday; both were defeated 4-2.
Clothes Collection:
Collection of all types of clean, dry ladies, gents and childrens clothing, bed linen, curtains, towels and shoes. Collection will take place on Friday 2nd May before 12 noon at Moyvane and Knockanure Church carparks.
