Seniors: Moyvane lost to Gneeveguilla in the County League on Saturday night last. After a very good game in which they led at half-time Gneeveguilla put in a strong second half performance to take the points on a score of 1 – 13 to 0 – 9. The score did not do justice to the lads who played very well and with a little luck could have been a lot closer. They now need the points from the game on Sunday next in Moyvane against St. Pats (Blennerville) to maintain Division three status. That game is timed for 2.30 p.m.
Minors: Moyvane play Asdee/Ballylongford in Asdee on Thursday night at 7.30 p.m., in the North Kerry league. All players are asked to be at Brosnan’s corner at 7 p.m.
The July draw will take place on Sunday night next in the Marian at 9 p.m. On offer again is a Polo car plus cash prizes and this time we have an extra draw of E6,350 for the fully paid up members by the June draw.
