The Youth workers determine the needs of all young people at local level and working with the community, they ensure that many responses are developed to address the spiritual, developmental and social needs of the young people. KDYS relies heavily on fundraising to support and sustain these vital services.   The Annual Church Gate Collection is of enormous importance in contributing to this end.  KDYS is appealing to all parishioners to give generously to ensure that your contribution safeguards the future of youth services in your own community.

MOYVANE  GAA NOTES

JUNIORS    Moyvane were not able to field a team against Asdee in the North Kerry Intermediate championship on Sat. last.  Due to the involvement of the seniors and injury’s robbed us of nine players so it proved to major a handicap even for Moyvane to overcome.    In fairness this competition should be finished before the senior championship starts in order to give every player a fair and equal chance to play in championship.  However that is for another day.

TEE SHIRTS     Moyvane G.A.A. are still selling club Tee-shirts at €15 each.   They are good value and you are supporting your local club.

CLUB DRAW    The     Moyvane G.A.A. club are embarking on a huge development draw to finish off the tremendous work done to our field and facilities.   We are very proud of the achievement to date and with your great support we hope to carry on to complete the development.    We have two cars as well as big cash prizes on offer.    Tickets and information from Teddy Keane at 068 49964 or 086 8609740, or from any committee member.     Brochures are also available from committee members.
