SENIOR BADMINTON
The Division 3 team defeated Kingdom 5-2 on Wednesday night. Team was Helen Browne, Jeanelle Griffin, Francine Collins, James Sheehan, Kevin Kennelly, Timmy Noonan and Christopher McCarthy. On Friday night the Division 3 Mixed Doubles Championships were played in Killarney and Krystle Crowley and Timmy Noonan were finalists. On Sunday preliminary rounds of the Knockout cup were played in Killarney and the Division 4 team qualified for the Final which will be played in County on April 22. The team was Krystle Crowley, Michelle Corridan, Suzanne Keane MacGuire, Denise Collins, Louise Behan, Jamie Elliott, John Newman, and Felix Reali. Best of luck in the Final.
 
MOYVANE GAA
SCL RESULT: Moyvane had their second win out of two in Rd 2 of the Division 5 Senior County League on Saturday last at home to Renard.  Holding the visitors scoreless in the first half, Moyvane went on to a 1-10 to 1-3 victory leaving them current leaders in the league table.  Moyvane Team and Scorers: Brendan Galvin, Denis Kennelly, William Madden, Conor  O Flynn, Eamon O Flaherty, Shane Stack, Conor Leahy, Donal Leahy 0-1, John J Mulvihill, Kevin Kennelly 0-2, Brian Stack 0-1, Aidan Keane, Timmy Noonan 1-5, Con Mulvihill 0-1 and Ian McCarthy. Subs: Diarmuid Leahy, DJ Keane, Joe Coulson, Padraig Leahy, Colin Enright and Jack Goulding.
SNKL:  Moyvane’s back game against Ballyduff is due to be played this coming weekend. Please check Facebook, Twitter and Fixture Posters for details of this game.
MCL:  Moyvane are away to Knock/Brosna in Rd 4 of the Group 6B Minor County League on Friday, April 3rd.  Time and Venue for this fixture will be on Facebook, Twitter and Fixture Posters.
JNKL: Moyvane B are away to Finuge B on Tuesday, April 7th at 6.30pm in Rd 3 of the Division 3 North Kerry League.

LISTOWEL COMMUNITY HOSPITAL
A tea/coffee morning will be held in the Education Room, Therapies Unit at Listowel Community Hospital on Wednesday, April 8th from 10.30am to 12 noon, all proceeds in aid of Social Activities for residents in Listowel Community Hospital. All are welcome.
 
ABBA DELICIOUS TRIBUTE SHOW

DEATH
Sympathy is extended to the family of Nora Scanlon, nee Flavn of Inchamore, Listowel who died on March 16th. Wife of the late Jack she is survived by her sons Tim, Dan, John, and Pat, daughter Mary, son-in-law Tim, daughter-in-law Margaret, granddaughters Rachel and Maryanne, brothers and sisters, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nephews and nieces. Requiem Mass for Nora Scanlon was held on Thursday, March 19th at The Church of the Assumption, Moyvane followed by burial in Ahavoher Cemetery.
