Moyvane lost by 1 point to Listowel Emmets in the North Kerry League on Saturday 2nd May.
Moyvane had a home win over Asdee in the North Kerry League on Saturday 3rd May. Leading by 2 points with a half time score of Moyvane 0-7, Asdee 0-5, Moyvane took advantage of the wind in the second half and ran out eventual winners on a final score line of Moyvane 2-14, Asdee 0-8. Junior Results:

Moyvane were beaten by Duagh in round 1 of the County League on Friday 2nd May on a final score line of Duagh 1-12, Moyvane 0-7.
Membership:
Membership is still available at €40 for players and €20 for non players.
Coiste na nOg:
U8 & U10: Training for u8 and u10 at the sports field each Tuesday between 6:30 and 7:30. New members are welcome.
U12: Moyvane lost out to St. Senans in the County league on a score line of St. Senans 2-11, Moyvane 2-7 on Saturday last. They next play Tarbert away on Sunday 11th May. Training for U12 in the sports field on Wednesday 7th May between 6pm and 7pm.
U16: Moyvane defeated Duagh in the NKL on Monday 28th April. They are now in the semi final. Details of this fixture have not yet been finalized.
Senior Citizens:
The Chiropodist will attend the Marian Hall on 10th of May at 11am. For appointment book with with Eileen Quinn on 49472.
Knockanure Social Day for the Active Retired will be held on Monday May 12th. Anyone wishing to attend, please contact the center at (068) 49799. Monday to Friday 9.30am to 1pm.
Badminton:
The final competition of the year took place in The Sports Complex Tralee on Sunday. This was a new Munster Competition, Class 5, and Moyvane players on the Kerry Team were Carmel Hudson, Eileen Nolan, Jeanelle Griffin and Kevin Stack. Kerry defeated Waterford 8-1 and Limerick 5-4, Cork defeated Kerry 6-3 and the overall result was Cork 1st and Kerry 2nd. A good end to an excellent season.
We would like to compliment the caretaker of the Community Centre whose care of the Hall added to our comfort and enjoyment during the season.
