Chernobyl Knitting Project:
Moyvane I.C.A. wish to thank all involved in this project, those who knit patches, those who sew and especially those who donated wool from near and far. We urgently need more wool. Any old wool or unfinished woolen garments (these can be recycled) would be greatly appreciated. Our time is limited as the container is leaving for Chernobyl in early November. Kerry Emigrant Association:
The Church Gate Collection for the Kerry homeless in England amounted to €744.20. We thank most sincerely all those who contributed to such a worthy cause. A big thank you to all those who collected.
West Limerick Set Dancing Club:
West Limerick Set Dancing Club are holding a set céilí in the Convent Hall, Abbeyfeale on Sunday 9th of September at 3pm. Music by Donie Nolan & the Taylor's Cross Céilí Band.
Senior Badminton:
Badminton will resume on Monday, 3rd of September and Monday, 10th of September at 8pm. No badminton during race week and it will be on every Monday and Wednesday nights at 8pm from Sept 24th.
Chiropodist:
Chiropodist will attend the Marian Hall on Saturday 8th September at 3pm. Book with Eileen Quinn 49472.

Warning:
A number of people in the parish received letters during the week informing them that they had won large sums of money in a draw. The letter requests peoples bank details and these should be ignored and under no circumstances should anyone provide bank details to these so-called draws. The letters are sent from Spain.
Ballydonoghue Bereavement Support Group:
A meeting of the Ballydonoghue Bereavement Support Group will take place on Tuesday 4th September in Ballyloughran Leisure Centre, from 8.30pm to 9.30pm. The support group is for anyone whose lives have been touched by bereavement either recently or in the past, and who are trying to come to terms with their loss.
