Thanks to the huge crowd of 600 people who came together to support Moyvane GAA along with our 20 fantastic dancers. The Club would like to thank absolutely everybody who helped in any way to ensure an event took place that won’t be forgotten far into the future. What can be said about the 20 Stars of the Show, our fabulous Dancers? It is a daunting task to take to the stage in front of a huge audience but every single one of the dancers did it with grace and style! Regina, Liam, Tara, Brendan, Norella, Owen, Karina, Sean, Shauna, Kevin, Siobhan, James, Aine, Shane, Marie, Diarmuid, Brenda, John, Fiona and Diarmuid you all gave performances that you can be so proud of. Your hard work and dedication paid off.  Congratulations to Shauna & Kevin and Siobhan & James who were the winners on the night.  Thank you to Cassie Leen, you were a superb choreographer and your hard work, expertise and patience is to be admired! Our Sponsors were once again so generous and supportive. You never fail to come up trumps for the Club and we are forever grateful for your good will. We would like to thank our Judges Michael Healy Rae, Johnny Stack, Aoife Hannon and Johnny Cronin. Your humorous comments added so much to the night and helped make it the success it was. M/C extraordinaire Katie Galvin deserves a special mention. You were so professional Katie and kept the show running smoothly. You had a great rapport with the Judges and Dancers which the audience enjoyed immensely. To all of our hard working stewards, token sellers, vote counters, hair & make-up artists and bar staff, the night could not have gone ahead without your help and we thank you sincerely! DJ Declan O’ Carroll, you kept the dance floor packed all night long and into the early hours of the morning. Thank you for providing the tunes. Also many thanks to the Moyvane Development Association, Community Centre Committee, Marian Hall Committee, St. Michael’s College, Tarbert Comprehensive Leona Fitzmaurice, D&D Electrical, Paudie Herlihy and Pat O’ Donovan for all of your expertise before and during the event.
