BALLYLONGFORD said goodbye to one of it’s most popular residents, Billy Enright, just before Christmas. His death came as a huge shock to all of North Kerry and the extended GAA family in the whole county. Billy, who supplied trophies for every event was well known for his kindness and co-operation, nothing was too much for Billy. His illness was short and his passing, far too early. Estuary Print, which himself and his wife, Mary, ran did most of the printing for most organisations in North Kerry. He had branched into the funeral business, taking over Lynch’s Undertakers, Ballylongford and it was very sad to see his youngest daughter, Sandra, driving her Dad on his last trip away from home. Billy had a big connection with Moyvane, his father was born in Moyvane to John Enright and Bridge Nash. His grandfather, John drove a milk lorry for Newtownsandes co-op for many, many years. To Mary, Marie, Sheila and Sandra and all the extended family sincere sympathy.
