NEW SINGERS WELCOME

CHRISTMAS STOCK
Give the Parish Office first call!  They have a wide selection of cards and Christmas items in the Parish Office shop including  Parish Christmas Cards only €7 for 14 cards.  By supporting the shop you are helping greatly with the maintenance of Church grounds and also around the Presbytery.  Can you call in and have a look before you head to the big shops?

MOYVANE DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION
Congratulations to all those involved in the Tidy Towns effort over the past year. Once again Moyvane’s overall mark has increased, this time by 5. This is a wonderful competition that has improved the appearance of towns and villages throughout the country. It is an incentive to everyone to keep their own place tidy and litter free. This is not easy and the co-operation of everyone is needed. The adjudicator remarked in his report that it was evident that the people of Moyvane obviously have great pride in their local community. Well done to everyone involved, staff and students from Murhur National School, village residents, members of the Rural Social Scheme, Solas, Housing Development Committees, the business community and Moyvane Development Association Committee members. Special work of thanks to all who took part in the clean-ups in April and over the summer. Congratulations and well done to all.
